Supreme Comfort Lifetime Warranty Upgrade.
adjustable beds and mattresses come with some sort of warranty.
All other company's offer anywhere from one year to even fifteen
years. But that's not really very much protection for you!
After all this should be the last bed you ever purchase…
*Supreme Comfort extends the warranty on the entire adjustable
bed against defects in material or workmanship for life.
The Supreme Comfort Adjustable Bed is constructed in a modular
fashion. Our premium model electronics are located in the
wireless remote control, which -- like the mattress -- is
not attached to the bed. Therefore, sending a new remote control
or mattress to your home can solve 90% of all service issues.
Supreme Comfort has a nationwide network of service technicians
who can come to your home should you ever need one. As a courtesy
to all Supreme Comfort adjustable bed owners, there will be
no charge for a service technician during the first year.
A service charge will apply after the first year, but is almost
The lift motors and massage motor plug in separately to a
junction box under the bed -- similar to a phone plugging
into a wall jack. Unlike parts for most other electric beds,
our parts are all modular -- so any service simply requires
unplugging the old motor and attaching and plugging in a new
one. A very simple task.

Lifetime Limited Mattress Warranty
warranty is valid for the original customer/purchaser only.
Comfort guarantees your new sleep system will be replaced or repaired
at our option without charge to you should it be defective because
of faulty workmanship or manufactures defects during the first *Ten(10)
years of your warranty on the Contour-pedic line, other
than specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that
this does not include a normal increase in softness in the Foam
material. It does cover any deterioration of the foam, which may
cause the mattress to have a visible indention of greater than 1.5
inch not associated with a sag in the foundation, box spring, or
platform. If such a defect appears, or should any other malfunction
due to faulty workmanship appear during the remaining years of this
limited warranty, we will repair or replace the mattress, at our
option, at a handling cost to you the customer. The following prorated
Warranty allowances will apply from the 11th year forward. Some
limitations do apply. See below.
- 15th year you pay 50% of the MSRP
- 20th year you pay 60% of the MSRP
- 25th year you pay 70% of the MSRP
- 30th year you pay 80% of the MSRP
year and so on you pay 90% of the MSRP
warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or misused
beyond reasonable wear, and shall not apply if the product has been
physically damaged; including burns, cuts, or is abnormally soiled
or unsanitary. This warranty also does not apply to any product
being used in a commercial setting such as hotels, motels, boarding
homes, nursing homes and similar environments.This warranty is valid
only for the original purchaser of the product and only if the product
is being used in a normal residential environment. All transportation
costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. All warranty claims
must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Please retain this warrantee
along with your receipt for as long as you live.
Comfort warrants that your mattress and/or foundation will be free
from defects in materials and workmanship for a prorated period
(shown above) beginning from the original purchase date.

arising from normal wear and tear. (Conditions arising from normal
wear and tear include, but are not limited to, mattress cover compression,
foam compression of less than one inch or discoloration of components.)
from tampering with or opening the warranted product or component.
from misuse or abuse of the warranted product or component.
from laundering or dry-cleaning. Acts of God, such as but not limited
to lightning damage.
interior or exterior.
New smell, all new mattresses have a slight smell from the various materials used such as foam, rubber etc. this smell will go away. usually within a week or two. Some people are more sensitive then others. Be patient it will go away.
the warranty does not cover costs associated with shipping or transportation
of replacement components, removal or installation costs, loss of
time, loss of use, loss of revenues, inconvenience or other incidental
damages. Neither does the warranty cover deterioration due to normal
wear and tear, damage by misuse, neglect, acts of God, exposure
to moisture or extreme heat, abuse and other occurrences beyond
the control of Supreme Comfort.

based on the above table. The "price" is the MSRP price
of the defective product or component at the time the warranty claim
is made, or the price of a comparable product or component if the

Comfort reserves the right to substitute products or components
of equal or better quality, in the repair or replacement of any
product under this limited warranty.

exclusive remedy, IN LIEU OF ALL INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, INCLUDING FOR NEGLIGENCE, is limited to repair or replacement
of any product or component deemed to be defective under the terms
and conditions stated above. Supreme Comfort will bear no other
damages or expenses.
Comfort reserves the right to refuse to repair or replace any product
or component that is returned in an unsanitary condition.
Limited Warranty applies only to the product as used in the United
States and Canada. It is not applicable in U.S. territories or other
Limited Warranty is non-transferable.
or replacement of a product or component under the terms of this
limited warranty in no way lengthens the limited warranty period.
IMPLIED WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED
IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY.
chambers, compressors and mattress covers carry a 3-year full warranty.
The first prorating period for chambers, pumps and covers start
from the 4th through 10th year and is 50% of the "MSRP" (From year
11 on see above schedule).
following mattress lines carry a 2 year full non prorated warranty:
Supreme Air, Qualatex(Latex mattresses) and Flotation(soft side waterbeds) . The 3rd through the 10th year
toppers and foam pillows are warranted for 3 years. Covers on toppers
and pillows are warranted for 2 years.
to time Supreme Comfort will change the design, specifications and
materials as conditions require and improvements are developed,
without obligation to make similar changes to products previously
manufactured. If a warranty claim is filed after a product has become
obsolete, or has undergone design changes, we reserve the right
to Honor the warranty in one of the following manners:
- To replace the affected component with a new
component of the same style.
- To replace the affected component with a component
that is as similar and comparable in style as possible.
are replaced, we cannot guarantee that the finish/color of the new
component will match the finish and appearance of existing product.
*Extended adjustable base warranty picks up where the manufactures (Leggett & Platt or Ergomotion) warranty ends, and continues on for as long as the original owner is alive and using the base, or for as long as the selling company is still in business. Which ever comes first. The warranty covers whatever parts the manufacture covers during the last year of said warranty at the percentage covered at that time. This may be different for each model and may vary from manufacture to manufacture. Please note if we are covering the cost of parts the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling. Plus if the customer is not able or willing to install said part themselves then any technician needed will be at the customers expense.
